The Concours Mondial has an excellent brand image in Asia and securing a medal attracts attention from both the trade and consumers.
Aware of the significant increase in consumption and imports of wines and spirits in Japan and Korea, we are hosting two bespoke events created exclusively for your company and medal-winning wine.

Thanks to our close ties with key influencers across Asian markets, we are organising 4 events to allow you to meet Korean and Japanese wine trade members, including a conference on market access followed by a session designed at establishing contacts with a specialist audience during two meetings organised exclusively for you:


14 November: Arrival in Tokyo with accommodation at the Prince Park Tower Hotel *****
15 November:
– 4pm: Conference detailing the specific features of the Japanese market in conjunction with Mrs Megumi Nishida, Japanese journalist and judge at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles
– 6pm: Welcome cocktail party for engaging with attendees
– Evening free
16 November: 10am – 6pm: BtoB tasting at the VINEXPO JAPAN trade show allowing you to meet trade members (journalists, buyers, restaurateurs, wine connoisseurs).

17 November:
– Arrival in Seoul with accommodation in a ****hotel
– 4pm: Conference detailing the specific features of the Korean market in conjunction with Mrs Mi Yeun Hong and Mr. Wonkuk Seol, respectively wine writer and wine importer, both judges at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
– 6pm: Welcome cocktail party for engaging with attendees
– Evening free
18 November: 1pm-6pm: BtoB meetings with Korean trade members in a *****hotel in Seoul
19 November : back home

The event takes place according to the following conditions:
– Only the first twenty entries will be taken into account and guaranteed.
– Language used for the conferences and B2B meetings: English
– The Concours Mondial reserves the right to cancel the event if the number of participants is considered too low. In the event of this happening, participating companies will be notified individually by e-mail in July.

Preferential rate for the 2 events: €2,500
Rate for one event: €1,400
