A global tasting event – 275 professional wine tasters from over 40 countries

A total 275 wine tasters buckled down to the task of assessing competing wines and spirits. The judges ranged from specialist journalists, importers and multiple retail buyers (from chains like Auchan, Champion, Makro and Colruyt) to renowned sommeliers and enologists.

The United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, China, India, Russia…, in all forty countries - including the most prominent consumer markets - were represented on the tasting panel. Over just three days, the CMB takes a round the world trip. But what do its tasters think about the medals and the competition ?
