Every year, our resident mixologist, Filippo Baldan, concocts a new cocktail recipe inspired by a topical subject at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. This year, Luxembourg has pride of place so it was only befitting that Crémant de Luxembourg should take centre stage. The inaugural presentation of the cocktail will be held on the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg stand, on March 27 and 28, during ProWein.
